About
our team

Lightwave has
participated in dragonboat racing for more than
4 years. Originally consisting of mostly Oracle employees, the
team has expanded to include men and women from diverse
backgrounds. Every year, we compete in the CDBA races against
other local teams as well as visiting teams from other cities and
countries. We have also traveled to participate in out of town races,
including the Long Beach Tournament. Our team's goal is to always
compete hard and continuously improve our skills, while at the same
time having fun and meeting new friends.
